The rabbits are characters from Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
History[]
One of them tried to steal Mrs. Suzanne Mulch’s big pumpkin and got Mr. Reg Mulch‘s teeth whilst being taken away by Anti-Pesto.
Gromit fed the rabbits slices of carrots. Seeing others sneak into the kitchen, he put all the rabbits back into their cages.
Outside the Tottington Hall, Wallace tried to capture another rabbit, but he saw more rabbits breeding in the field. So he and Gromit decided to get their Anti-Pesto van to activate their BV6000 to suck up the rabbits. After accidentally sucking up Victor Quartermaine, Wallace gets the idea to perform rabbit rehabilitation, inadvertently creating Hutch.
The non-Hutch rabbits are later seen howling alongside the far away Were-Rabbit and appear and cry when he seemingly dies in turning back into Wallace, celebrating after Gromit revives him with cheese.
They and Hutch are given a sanctuary at Tottington Hall.
Trivia[]
- Plushies of the rabbits can be seen in Tabitha's house in Flushed Away, the Aardman Animations and DreamWorks Animation feature film after Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
